About Me
Hello and welcome to the "cone", Engineering, Sustainability, Management, Construction blog! My name is Kalpa, and I am a Construction Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I have a passion for sustainability and engineering, and I have made it my mission to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
My career in construction began after graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering. I quickly realized that there was a significant gap in the industry when it came to sustainable practices, and I decided to focus my efforts on promoting eco-friendly solutions. As a result, I have worked on a variety of projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale commercial construction.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand the impact that construction has on the environment. I have seen the waste that is generated, the energy that is consumed, and the carbon footprint that is left behind. It is my belief that we have a responsibility to minimize this impact and create a more sustainable future.
Through this blog, I aim to share my insights on the latest sustainable practices in engineering and construction. I will provide tips on how to reduce waste, conserve energy, and design buildings that are resilient to climate change. I will also share my experiences working on construction projects and provide insights on how to manage projects effectively.
I hope that this blog will serve as a resource for anyone who is interested in sustainable engineering and construction. Whether you are a student, a professional, or just someone who is interested in making a positive impact on the environment, I believe that you will find valuable insights here.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog, and I hope that you find the information and resources here useful. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out to me. I am always happy to hear from my readers and engage in a conversation about sustainable construction practices.
